All orders are processed within 1–3 days. This shop is run part‑time, so we appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care.

Shipping method

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated shipping times (US only)

USPS delivery estimates (after your 1–3 day processing time):

• USPS First Class Mail: typically 3–5 business days
  
• USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–3 business days
  
• USPS Ground Advantage: typically 2–5 business days

Address accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost mail, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping costs to resend it to the correct address.

Lost packages

We understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be when a package doesn’t arrive as expected. Once USPS accepts a shipment, they take over all handling and tracking, which means we’re unable to intervene on our end. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, or if USPS has marked it as lost, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this causes. While we’re not able to issue refunds or replacements in these situations, your local USPS office can provide support and help investigate further.
